Tutor and Venue Partner Recruitment – ART ORIENTAL LTD

ART ORIENTAL LTD seeks tutors and venue partners across the UK to deliver inclusive, innovative arts and education programmes. With safeguarding and compliance at the core, we foster cultural exchange, community impact, and global collaboration. Rolling applications welcome.

Job Summary

ART ORIENTAL LTD, established in Scotland, is committed to world-class arts education and cross-cultural programmes. We are launching an ongoing UK-wide recruitment of tutors and venue partners to meet the growing demand from Asian students and adult learners.

Learner Groups:

  • Children (6-17): art foundations, workshops, safeguarding compliant.
  • Students (Winter/Summer schools, 2-4 weeks): studio practice, lectures, institutional visits.
  • Adults (year-round, small groups): contemporary arts & technology, aesthetic medicine, mindfulness & art therapy.

Programme Areas: Art & Technology, Visual & Performing Arts, Design & Applied Arts, Aesthetic Medicine, Mindfulness & Healing.

Commitment: All projects follow UK safeguarding, Equality Act 2010, HSE, GDPR and DBS checks.

Scotland (across the UK)

£20-£25 per hour, depending on experience

Expected hours: minimum 10-15 hours per week, guaranteed

Job Requirements

Tutors: BA or higher (MA/PhD preferred), QTS or equivalent, 5+ years international teaching/professional experience, portfolio of exhibitions/publications. Enhanced DBS, safeguarding and GDPR compliance mandatory.

Venue Partners: Registered UK institutions with insurance, risk assessment, safeguarding compliance, equipped venues.

Job Responsibilities

Tutors: Deliver high-quality teaching, create safe learning environments, develop syllabus, assess learners, contribute to final showcases/publications.

Venues: Provide compliant facilities, ensure safeguarding, support institutional visits, host workshops and exhibitions.
