Job Description The Production Family is an ambitious and fast-paced organization, aiming to push the boundaries of production delivery. We are recruiting a Marketing and Office Assistant to work alongside full-time staff and freelance team members, delivering TPF projects. This is a three-day-a-week position, totaling 24 hours per week. Job Requirements Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite Experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools Good understanding of general production practices Some knowledge of financial practices Excellent interpersonal communication skills Strong written communication skills, including copywriting, editing, and proofing Evidence of successful teamwork Quick learner with a willingness to develop in the role Flexible and adaptable to evolving priorities Professional demeanor Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with editing and updating websites Comfortable multitasking in a deadline-driven environment Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts Excellent time management skills Job Responsibilities Responsibilities include: Creating marketing content such as blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials Capturing video and photo content from TPF projects Updating and preparing credentials decks and proposals with the Business Development team Updating project case studies internally and on the website Obtaining quotes and maintaining relationships with suppliers Ordering supplies and updating project budgets Updating schedules and managing the project calendar This job posting is active and accepting applications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
