About This Role
Trafalgar Tickets is seeking a dynamic CRM Executive to support the delivery of the CRM strategy to drive retention and audience development as part of the marketing function, across all our ticketing assets including venues and our agency brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of the CRM strategy for both the UK regional venues and ticket agent brands.
- Drive loyalty and lifetime value from the existing customer base by providing a data-driven marketing approach.
- Provide full end-to-end marketing campaign management and delivery for our digital-first ticket agent brands, working with both internal and external teams.
- Coordinate digital campaigns for the UK regional venues.
- Oversee marketing content initiatives for our ticket agent brands to ensure customer/client engagement, delivering a positive customer experience.
- Set up and analyse marketing campaigns including automations through highly personalised communication, mostly via direct marketing channels like email.
- Understand customer segmentation approaches to deliver effective customer/profile targeting.
- Feed into the planning process for wider marketing campaigns and strategy for the UK regional venues.
- Work alongside the CRM Analyst to support the analysis of marketing campaigns and CRM strategy, sharing data-driven insight reports with stakeholders.
- Delve into the data to uncover customer and performance insights.
- Manage the day-to-day running of our CRM systems.
- Support the administration and development of any membership schemes.
- Maintain the processes and toolkits to empower the centralised campaign programme for our UK regional venues and agency brands.
- Always act in accordance with Trafalgar Entertainment’s values and ethics.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required.
About You
- You have a minimum of 12 months experience with a CRM system.
- Knowledge of customer personalisation and dynamic content to drive relevancy and results.
- You have a test and learn mindset with a data and analytical approach to campaigns, reporting and insight.
- You have experience of delivering excellent customer experience across channels.
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Very well organised and good with time management.
- Experience working collaboratively within a team and across multiple departments.
