National Theatre is seeking a Head Of Casting to join the National Theatre Casting Team. The role leads inclusive, world‑class casting for productions, securing outstanding talent and overseeing the Casting Department's people, projects and operations.
The post‑holder will collaborate with directors, producers and writers to understand production needs, run auditions, and champion inclusive casting while supporting and overseeing projects handled by the Casting Associates.
