Development Manager: Corporate Partnerships We have an exciting opportunity for you to join The Wallace Collection as a Development Manager: Corporate Partnerships. The Development Department\’s key purpose is to increase income generation to enable the Collection to achieve its core aims, sustain, and grow its supporter base. The department aims to raise funds for a masterplan that will reimagine and revitalise the museum\’s spaces for the 21st century, preserving the charm and character of the building while enhancing access, sustainability, and visitor experience. The role of the Development Manager: Corporate Partnerships is to identify, secure, and develop new corporate relationships and partnerships to generate income for the Collection. This position will focus on developing new leads, strengthening existing relationships, and ensuring the Collection’s offerings remain attractive in a changing landscape. This role requires close collaboration with all museum departments and effective internal communication. The position reports to the Head of Development. Job Requirements Essential Proven track record of securing income from the corporate sector, including five and six-figure partnerships, ideally within sales or fundraising environments. Experience in preparing corporate partnership agreements or similar legal contracts. Exceptional communication skills with an excellent eye for detail. Job Responsibilities Corporate Strategy and Prospecting Support the development and implementation of a Corporate Development strategy. Lead prospect identification, research, and cultivation for new corporate partnerships and sponsorships for exhibitions and projects. Develop a strong prospect pipeline for exhibitions, outreach programs, and corporate memberships.
