Orchestras for All (OFA) is looking for a passionate, creative and strategic Content and Marketing Manager to lead our campaigns and help us reach new audiences.
Do you like telling powerful stories, creating compelling content and amplifying youth voices? This is an exciting opportunity to shape how we share the impact of our work with hundreds of young people facing barriers to music‑making across the UK.
Job Requirements
- Proven track record in strategic marketing and communications, ideally within arts, education or third‑sector organisations;
- Experience in delivering high‑impact digital campaigns across multiple platforms;
- Experience producing or directing creative content (video, social, design) aligned with brand strategy;
- Confident in media relations, copywriting, editing and content production;
- Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and social media tools (Hootsuite, Mailchimp);
- Confident analysing data using tools like Google Analytics, social insights, and SEO software;
- A firm believer in the value of participation in music‑making and passionate about music education, young people and artistic innovation;
- Committed to inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility.
