Serpentine is seeking a Head of Visitor Engagement to lead our Visitor Experience strategy and standards across the organisation. You will champion the visitor perspective, embed four experience standards—Safety, Welcome, Connection and Efficiency—and transform front-of-house operations into an audience-focused function.
