We are looking for casual Visitor Services Assistants to join our team. As the patrons’ first point of contact, Visitor Services Assistants deliver excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant and safe visitor experience. The role primarily involves ushering duties, preparing theatres and spaces for performances and events, checking audience tickets, and enabling smooth movement in and out of theatres.

Working hours
The role involves working on a 7-day rota including daytimes, evenings, weekends and some public holidays.
