Cahoots NI, Northern Ireland’s leading theatre company producing work for young audiences, are seeking an Administrative and Marketing Assistant to work as part of the team on its year-round programme of exciting work for children, families and schools.
This job role is focused on planning, organising and coordinating a range of projects, programme delivery and marketing campaigns that will support Cahoots’ growth and the delivery of exciting original work for young audiences and families.
Key Responsibilities- Delivering engaging, consistent content across social media and our website that grows our audience reach and brand awareness
- Planning and implementing marketing campaigns that drive ticket sales and event attendance
- Researching new partnership opportunities that extend our marketing reach
- Tracking campaign performance and using audience data and insights to continuously improve how we communicate
- Setting up and managing TicketTailor, monitoring sales, producing box office reports and handling customer queries promptly and professionally
- Managing complimentary tickets and guest list arrangements for each production
- Gathering and processing audience feedback, engagement statistics, and revenue reports
- Compiling marketing and PR activity data into clear, useful post-show evaluations
- Managing communications with schools to schedule workshops and visits, ensuring all parties are well-informed, and maintain warm and professional follow-up correspondence
- Managing our main inbox and telephone communications professionally and efficiently
- Preparing board materials and coordinating board meeting schedules
- Maintaining digital and physical filing systems
- Supporting visa application processes for cast and crew travelling to the USA
