Artscapy is the award-winning wealth management company making art a liquid, bankable asset. Our Art Account is a first-of-its-kind digital platform helping 15k+ collectors manage, value, protect and unlock liquidity from their art portfolios. We are now looking for an exceptional UI/UX Product Designer to help shape the next generation of Artscapy's digital experience.
This role sits at the intersection of product, technology, data and customer experience. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, elegant and high-trust experiences across our platform, helping transform complex financial and art-market services into simple, seamless customer journeys.
From collector onboarding and portfolio management to valuations, financing and liquidity services, you will play a key role in defining how collectors interact with Artscapy. This is not simply a visual design role. We are looking for a systems thinker who can combine exceptional UX judgement with strong product thinking and a deep understanding of customer behaviour.
What you'll do:
- Design and improve user experiences across Artscapy's website, platform and mobile applications.
- Create seamless customer journeys across product usage (e.g. onboarding, artwork uploads, valuations, financing, insurance and sales workflows).
- Develop intuitive collector dashboards, portfolio tools and engagement experiences.
- Design and maintain scalable UI systems, design components and product standards.
- Help shape and design Artscapy's native mobile application.
- Improve internal operational tooling, CRM workflows and staff-facing systems.
- Produce high-quality commercial and marketing materials including investor presentations, sales decks and partnership proposals.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product and leadership teams to bring new products and features to market.
- Use customer insight, behavioural thinking and data to improve engagement, activation and retention.
- Help ensure every Artscapy touchpoint reflects our standards of clarity, trust and premium customer experience.
What we're looking for:
- 4+ years' experience in UI/UX, Product Design or a related discipline.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped digital products and customer-centric design thinking.
- Experience designing fintech, luxury/high value or other complex digital products.
- Strong understanding of information architecture, user flows and interaction design.
- Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern design systems.
- Experience designing responsive and mobile-first experiences.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial and ownership-driven approach.
Big plus:
- Experience designing fintech, luxury, wealth management or trading products.
- Experience with data-rich dashboards and operational workflows.
- Experience with AI-powered products.
- Experience working with luxury brands or high-net-worth customer journeys.
- Motion design, branding or visual identity experience.
- Interest in art, collecting, finance or alternative assets.
What we provide:
- Opportunities for significant ownership and career progression.
- Flexible and hybrid working.
- Private health insurance.
- A collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.
- Direct exposure to founders and senior leadership.
- The opportunity to help build a category-defining company at the intersection of art, finance and technology.
