Artscapy is the award-winning wealth management company making art a liquid, bankable asset. Our Art Account is a first-of-its-kind digital platform helping 15k+ collectors manage, value, protect and unlock liquidity from their art portfolios.
We are now looking for an ambitious Junior Specialist to support the growth of our consignment business and help deliver an exceptional client experience. This is an ideal role for someone early in their art market career who wants to develop specialist knowledge, build commercial expertise and work directly with collectors, auction houses and industry partners.
You will support the consignment process from onboarding through to sale, helping manage submissions, client communications, CRM records and internal workflows. What you’ll do:
- Manage high volume of consignment submissions from onboarding through to sale.
- Coordinate consignments with internal and external partner auction houses.
- Support internal collection consignments and associated workflows.
- Advise clients on suitable sale routes and auction opportunities.
- Track consignments and proactively manage client communications.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, consignment data and pipeline updates.
- Support specialists with client management, research and business development.
- Help improve internal workflows and operational efficiency.
What we’re looking for:
- 1–3 years' experience in the art market or a client-facing commercial environment.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail and process discipline.
- Commercial curiosity and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Big plus: Experience working in an auction house or gallery.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, AI tools or workflow software.
- Experience working directly with collectors.
What we provide:
- A clear pathway into a specialist career.
- Direct mentorship from senior specialists.
- Exposure to collectors, auction houses and industry partners.

- The opportunity to grow alongside a fast-growing company.
