ANTHEM in Wales is offering the Young Leaders programme to empower young people to gain paid experience and develop practical skills within the Welsh youth music community. The five-month run (Sept 2026βJan 2027) includes work experience, sessions on project and event management, and tailored training with portfolio development.
Participants will receive a Β£1400 bursary (11 hours per month at Β£25/hr), a Β£400 event budget, and Β£500 for training and support.
