Swansea Building Society Arena is a landmark 3,500 capacity multi-purpose indoor arena which opened its doors in March 2022. Hosting some of the most recognised names in live music, comedy and theatre, the fully-modular arena also hosts e-sports, conferences and events.
Responsibilities
- Join the Food & Beverage team and report to the Head of Venue Operations.
- Manage the venue kitchen and food kiosks during performances, and catering for conferences and events.
- Manage all in-house kitchen staff and ensure the Kitchen and Food Service within the Arena are effectively administered.
- Maintain high service standards and adherence to control systems.
- Place a high priority on food safety and revenue generation.
