Figure of Eight Events are looking for an experienced Operations Director to lead delivery across some of the UK’s most iconic events. Based in Cardiff (with UK-wide travel), this is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, leads from the front, and knows how to deliver complex projects to the highest standard. From Henley Royal Regatta to Glastonbury, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we deliver at scale.
