About this role
As a Grants Assistant, you’ll play an important role in supporting the delivery of Arts Council of Wales funding programmes. This is a varied and detail-focused role where you’ll work as part of the Grants Processing team, helping to ensure that funding schemes run smoothly and that applicants and colleagues are supported throughout the process.
Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you’ll:
- Support the set-up and administration of funding schemes
- Process applications and grants through their full lifecycle
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within grant management systems
- Provide advice and guidance to applicants and staff on funding processes
- Review application budgets and supporting information
- Ensure applications meet governance and compliance requirements
About you

Welsh language
