Wales Millennium Centre in Cardiff is seeking a proactive leader to manage the Capital Asset Management Plan, ensuring assets are sustainably maintained and operated efficiently.
You will oversee capital and non-capital projects, coordinate with contractors, define scopes, budgets and timelines, and drive energy efficiency as part of the centre's ISO14001 environmental management work.
This role requires strong collaboration with facilities teams and external partners.
