About the role
We are looking for a creative, determined and organised person to join the Student Union as our new Student Voice Co-ordinator. In this role, you will support the delivery of student feedback and representation systems, ensure the smooth coordination and development of our democratic processes, and collaborate with elected officers, volunteers, and the wider student body to drive positive change across campus and beyond.
The ideal candidate will bring excellent communication and organisational skills, alongside a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. You will be approachable, proactive, and adaptable, while maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions. Knowledge of Students’ Unions and an understanding of the importance of democracy within an SU context would be advantageous.

Benefits, salary and conditions
In meeting your performance expectations, you’ll receive an annual salary increase in line with the grade of your role. An annual cost of living uplift will be applied, the timing and implementation of which are subject to the University’s decision. AUB provides generous holiday entitlement, and you will be enrolled in the Local Government Pension Scheme (professional services staff) or the Teachers’ Pension Scheme (academic staff) from day one of employment. Along with subsidised bus travel, cycle to work and annual savings schemes, our broad range of benefits can be explored on the AUB careers website.
