About the role: We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Enterprise Coach to plan and deliver a range of enterprise activities which actively contribute to the University’s strategy. The Senior Enterprise Coach will work in partnership with academic and professional staff to provide students with a comprehensive service to support graduate business success. The successful candidate will promote the development of highly entrepreneurial graduates with a wide range of professional and business skills, motivating students to realise their ambitions through a diverse range of activities that are inclusive, relevant, current and inspirational.
Educated to degree level, with strong commercial awareness and understanding of self-employed, startup, and freelance sectors, the successful candidate will have an interest in the development of students and recent graduates and experience of working in a relevant enterprise, coaching or teaching role. Along with subsidised bus travel, cycle to work and annual savings schemes, our broad range of benefits can be explored on the AUB careers website.
