We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support the planning and delivery of a range of careers and enterprise activities which actively contribute to the University’s strategy. The Careers Coach will work in partnership with academic and professional staff to provide students with a comprehensive service to support graduate success. The successful candidate will promote the development of highly employable and entrepreneurial graduates with a wide range of professional and business skills, motivating students to realise their ambitions through a diverse range of activities that are inclusive, relevant, current and inspirational.
Educated to degree level, with an interest in the development of students and recent graduates and experience of working in a relevant careers, enterprise, coaching or teaching role, you will be an excellent communicator with strong organisational skills.
In meeting your performance expectations, you’ll receive an annual salary increase in line with the grade of your role. An annual cost of living uplift will be applied, the timing and implementation of which are subject to the University’s decision. AUB provides generous holiday entitlement, and you will be enrolled in the Local Government Pension Scheme (professional services staff) or the Teachers’ Pension Scheme (academic staff) from day one of employment.
