We are seeking an exceptional Senior Head of Audiences to shape and lead our marketing, communications and audience development strategy, helping to strengthen our profile, grow income and ensure more people can experience and engage with our work.

This is a newly created role with responsibility for marketing, communications and audience engagement across the Company. Reporting to the Director of Development and Audiences, the successful candidate will be an experienced and energetic marketing leader who will shape and deliver ambitious strategies to broaden our reach, strengthen our profile and deepen our impact.

We are looking for a marketing specialist who combines strategic clarity with creative instinct - someone who values data and insight but understands that what ultimately connects people to us is a compelling story and a memorable experience. You will be a collaborative team-player, comfortable working across the organisation, and motivated by the mission of widening engagement with opera and the arts.

This is a rare opportunity to influence the future direction of a nationally recognised arts organisation at a pivotal moment in its development.

Garsington Opera is committed to providing and supporting an inclusive environment that promotes equality, diversity, and inclusion. We are aware how a diverse team enriches our culture, where all can reach their full potential and flourish whatever their background.
