With guidance from the Artistic Director/CEO & General Manager, the Marketing Manager will lead on a marketing strategy aimed at expanding Stanley Arts' venue hires, filming, coworking bookings and F&B revenue, helping to diversify ancillary income streams & expand the number of regular commercial bookings.

You will also lead on a marketing and audience development strategy to increase audience ticket sales for our arts programme and audience participation for our Learning and Engagement programme - with a particular focus on local audiences, families, young people, queer audiences, deaf & disabled audiences and global majority audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the in-house artistic team and freelance producers to develop individual marketing strategies for projects and productions at Stanley Arts, working to meet ambitious audience and sales targets.
  • Oversee a social media and digital marketing framework/grid across multiple channels.
  • Contribute to Artistic Programming meetings, setting sales targets.
  • Manage the Box Office & CRM system (Ticketsolve), managing event on-sales, reporting, data analysis and customer communications.
  • Support the Stanley Arts team on best practice and problem solving.
  • Support the Development Manager with campaigns such as donations and fundraising for the Capital Works Project.
  • Manage relationships with artists and companies, supporting them with marketing their shows at Stanley Arts.
  • Reporting on Marketing Campaign effectiveness to the wider Stanley Arts team and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the work of the Marketing Officer and their creation and posting of content to social media platforms (Meta, TikTok etc).

We offer one day working from home, subject to responsibilities.
