We are looking for a capable and motivated person to join our team as Marketing and Sales Coordinator at the new Quentin Blake Centre for Illustration. The Marketing and Sales Coordinator will create e-newsletter content to appeal to our audience segments, analyse our ticketing data to provide insights on customer behaviour, help keep our website up-to-date and support on general marketing, including our Meta and Google ads.
The successful candidate will be an organised, capable and analytical marketer, with a deep commitment to equity, representation and inclusion. The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will use data to sustain and grow loyal relationships with audiences, including customers and supporters. This new role will capture, segment and analyse customer data to help increase our revenue and attendance.
This data will be used to promote activities across Quentin Blake Centre for Illustration - ranging from ticketed exhibitions, membership, workshops, learning programmes, fundraising appeals, retail and catering - to encourage loyalty through a mix of upselling, digital marketing and forecasting.
Part of this varied role will also involve producing e-communications including newsletters, print collateral and keeping our website up-to-date. This role will be integral to ensuring the brand is applied consistently and we meet best practice standards for accessibility.
