The National Opera Studio is looking for an experienced, dedicated Content Marketing Manager to join our team. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and Digital, the Content Marketing Manager will support the delivery of marketing across all areas of the organisation, including events, Short Courses, Workshops and fundraising initiatives, creating compelling content that enhances our brand and expands our community.
Central to the role is amplifying the stories, achievements and development of our Young Artists, championing their journey and bringing their work to wider audiences. This is a role for someone who has a passion for leading effective marketing campaigns, who will play a key part in shaping the future of one of the UK's leading opera training institutions.
Job responsibilities:
- Supporting the smooth day to day running of the marketing and communications function.
- Leading multi channel campaigns across events, programmes, recruitment and fundraising.
- Producing engaging digital and print content, including video, audio, graphics and promotional materials.
- Managing the NOS website, social media channels, email marketing and online advertising.
- Upholding brand standards and managing image and video assets.
- Leading filming and livestreaming projects and supporting technical delivery.
- Monitoring and reporting on digital performance, audience insights and press coverage.
- Maintaining marketing databases, CRM records and GDPR compliant mailing lists.
- Supporting venue hire activity and responding to marketing related enquiries.
- Assisting with events, receptions and concerts to maximise marketing impact.
- Acting as an ambassador for NOS and contributing to the wider work and values of the organisation.
