We are looking for a strategic and imaginative leader who understands that communications and development are deeply connected. This role is for someone who sees brand, partnerships, advocacy and fundraising as part of one joined-up story - and who is excited by the opportunity to help build a resilient mixed economy that supports artistic risk, sector innovation and long-term civic impact.

You will bring significant senior-level experience in communications, marketing and brand leadership, ideally within the arts, creative industries or the wider cultural and charity sectors. You will have a strong track record of shaping compelling narratives that grow visibility, deepen engagement and support income generation. Experience developing and delivering strategic communications and stakeholder engagement plans within a cultural, charity or non-profit organisation will be essential.

Working as part of the senior leadership team, you will lead the development of high-quality campaigns and initiatives that raise the organisation's profile and strengthen relationships with partners, funders and communities. You will be confident building and nurturing meaningful external relationships and will understand the value of collaboration in driving impact.

This role requires an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire and lead teams. You'll bring a proactive, solution-focused mindset and the confidence to navigate complex conversations with clarity and purpose. Above all, you'll have a genuine passion for arts and culture and the role it plays in shaping vibrant, creative communities.
