In this role, you will help shape our Centre’s brand presence and create memorable experiences for our audiences. Duties and Responsibilities
- Web Content Management: Support the creation and management of engaging web content that aligns with AHG’s brand strategy, addressing the needs and interests of diverse stakeholders.
- Brand Consistency: Regularly review and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels, providing guidance to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
- Production and Creative Asset Coordination: Assist in the management of high-volume production requirements, including delivery of artwork, ticketing and programme/festival related collaterals, video production, corporate gifts, creative assets for digital and offline advertising, and event branding for various formats. Work closely with in-house designers and external vendors to ensure all creative assets and event materials are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Event and Activation Planning: Plan and execute pop-up events and activations to increase brand awareness, visibility, and audience engagement.
- Vendor and Procurement Support: Source quotations from vendors to support project needs and follow the correct procurement process.
- Social Media and Campaign Support: Help plan and create engaging social media posts to strengthen our online presence and support marketing campaigns. Participate in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives as assigned by AHG Management.
- Collaboration and Project Support: Collaborate with other departments and external vendors to ensure the success of programmes and festivals, supporting the organization’s goals.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as filing, archiving marketing materials, and other office-related tasks.
- Other Duties: Take on any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by AHG Management to support the team and ensure project success.
Qualifications
- Educational qualifications: Degree/ Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications or any relevant field.
- Skills: Attention to detail, with excellent time management and planning skills, able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously; demonstrates a creative eye and strong writing skills, with the ability to adapt writing style and content to suit different contexts; being effectively bilingual is an advantage; good teamwork, communications and stakeholder management skills are essential; positive, cheerful, and willing to learn; proactive, driven, and able to take initiative; understanding of the latest trends in the industry; professional approach to time, costs and deadlines; basic Photoshop/Illustrator & video editing is an advantage.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, and Branding in a fast-paced environment, with hands-on experience in social media content creation and planning; campaign management; events management, coordination and execution; website development.
