Job Summary

Trigger is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to create effective brand, marketing, and audience development strategies across our diverse creative programme.

Job Description

Trigger creates bold and brave events that bring people together nationally and regionally. Working closely with our creative and producing teams, you will lead on clear, concise, and relevant storytelling to communicate our values and brand across the sector, and to develop our profile and audiences.

We guarantee no two days will be the same, from large national campaigns delivered at Glastonbury Festival to supporting engagement with local communities and young people in North Somerset.

Pension: 3% employer contribution with SMART pension

Working Hours: 24 hours per week, with flexible working days and hours

Location: Core office days Tuesday-Thursday, The Old Post Office, High Street, Blagdon, BS40 7RA

Job Requirements

Working closely with our creative and producing teams, you will lead on clear, concise, and relevant storytelling to communicate our values and brand across the sector, and to develop our profile and audiences.

With a strong passion for the arts and socially progressive ideas, you will lead the delivery of digital, print, and PR to achieve maximum reach. Developing copy, promotional material, project branding, video and audio content, and targeted campaigns to reach audiences from diverse backgrounds and increase engagement with our work.
