Job Summary The Phoenix Arts Club CIC, a legendary LGBTQ+ inclusive, independent venue in the heart of London’s West End, is looking for a passionate, driven and strategic Bid Writer / Fundraiser to help secure the future of its community-led arts programming. Job Description We\’re looking for someone to take the lead on: Writing compelling funding bids to trusts, foundations, and public arts bodies (including Arts Council England) Developing a fundraising strategy that includes both core and project-specific income Identifying new funding streams and partnership opportunities Supporting community and artist-led initiatives with funding advice and practical support Helping us make the case for why independent, inclusive, all day + late-night cultural venues matter This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to play a key role in sustaining and growing a much-loved independent arts institution that champions diversity, access, and innovation in nightlife and performance. The Phoenix Arts Club currently programmes two to three different shows a night, totalling some 600+ performances a year.
