Job Description

We are looking for someone to join the Inspector Sands team as a Creative Producer, with responsibilities including general company management. This is initially a short-term engagement, envisioned as a step toward a longer-term relationship, with potential for joint fundraising.

The successful candidate will support existing projects, help define the company\’s future direction, and work closely with us on fundraising and strategy. The engagement involves 10 days of work at £200/day, distributed over 4-5 months; specific dates and structure will be agreed upon.

We seek a candidate who views this role as a positive career step and can shape it to be mutually beneficial.

Inspector Sands is a UK and international touring theatre company based in London, active since 2006. We create original work, including recent touring of Wuthering Heights . More about our work can be found at inspectorsands.org.uk .

Experience / skills needed:

• Experience in writing successful grant applications and researching funding opportunities
• Experience producing small to mid-scale work
• A good sector awareness, eagerness to learn, and proactive relationship-building
• Experience in day-to-day company management
• Knowledge of educational workshops delivered by theatre practitioners in various contexts
