Cell Project Space is seeking a passionate Studios Operations Co-ordinator to support and answer to the Head of Studios Operations in managing the daily functions of Cell Studios.

Full-Time, 10am-6pm Monday-Friday
28 days annual leave including bank holidays with a non-statutory holiday through the period of Christmas to New Year during office closure
This hands-on role involves a mix of administrative and practical responsibilities, ensuring the smooth operation of our studios while fostering strong relationships with tenants and enhancing the studio community. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, proactive, and committed to creating a thriving, well-maintained environment across our East London sites. The Studios Operations Co-ordinator is a position for someone with a range of skills who wants to apply them in an entry-level managerial role—someone who is eager to grow within the organisation.
This is a dynamic role, ideal for a highly adaptable candidate seeking a position that goes beyond desk-based work. We are looking for someone comfortable with both practical, on-the-ground tasks and administrative responsibilities. Previous experience in buildings management/maintenance and facilities within the arts is beneficial, and the role requires regular travel across our various East London sites.
We require someone who is customer focused, with excellent communication and people skills, confident when liaising with trades and building contractors, and who has a passion for problem solving. You must be proactive and able to manage your own time and workload to meet both individual and team targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage tenant inquiries regarding payments, maintenance, and contractual matters.
- Efficiently handle multiple email accounts, phone inquiries, and social media platforms.
- Maintain accurate records of studio contracts, tenant details, and other administrative documents.
- Coordinate with the Head of Operations to create and design engaging digital newsletters, updating website content regularly to ensure full studio occupancy.
- Liaise with Cell Foundation\’s gallery staff to foster a cohesive and united front for the organisation.
- Ensure all staff and artists are informed of any health and safety or maintenance issues promptly.
