The Arts Place provides bespoke Drama and Art camps, classes and workshops across London. We use Drama and Art to ignite children’s imaginations, build their confidence and skills, and help them to find their voice and place in the world.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, warm and engaging Art facilitator to join our growing Art Camps team. At The Arts Place, we place the well-being of the children in our care at the heart of everything we do. Above all, our ideal candidate will be passionate about working with young children and making art exciting and accessible to children of all abilities and experience. A positive and upbeat attitude is a must.

We run Art Camps during the school holidays for children aged 4-12 years in Ealing, London. Part-time hours: 8:30am-4pm, Monday - Thursday, 7.5 hours approx daily.

Job Requirements:

  • Applicants must hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Art, Art Education, or a related discipline to be considered for this position.
  • Must have experience leading or teaching Art workshops.
  • Works well in a team.
  • A genuine passion for working with children.
  • Well organised.
  • Warm and engaging.

Please let us know if you are paediatric First Aid trained. This is not essential, but good to know.

We provide specially tailored Drama clubs, classes and workshops to support children's learning from Early Years through to KS2.
