Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team on a full time fixed term contract until 31 October 2027. Salary: Β£45,800 per annum

Job Description

As Marketing Manager you will lead the development and delivery of data-informed, audience focussed, strategic marketing campaigns for the rolling Gigs programme, our Public Programme including ticketed and free events, Multitudes Festival and our cross artform Family programme. You will develop marketing campaigns which drive income generation by maximising ticket sales, build and retain new audiences and communicate Southbank Centre's vision and artistic programme.

Job Requirements

Demonstrable experience in developing and delivering successful marketing campaigns within the arts and entertainment sector.

Demonstrable knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms, including GA4, CRM systems, particularly Tessitura, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.

Experience working with media agencies and creative studios, including briefing, evaluation, and performance management.

Demonstrable copywriting and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail, tone of voice, storytelling and brand consistency.

Proven experience of managing budgets and delivering cost-effective, ROI-driven campaigns.

Job Responsibilities

Develop integrated, data-informed marketing strategies that drives ticket sales, attracts new audiences, supports retention, and delivers on agreed objectives.

Oversee end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns, working across all media ensuring campaigns are aligned, coordinated, and delivered on time with the necessary approvals and stakeholder input.

Work closely with and provide guidance and support to all Marketing Officers and Assistants across the Marketing team.

Use data, insight and digital analytics to monitor performance, evaluate outcomes, and continually optimise campaign effectiveness and audience impact.
