Working within a small and collaborative technology team, you will help ensure the stability, security and performance of our network services, supporting colleagues across the organisation to deliver important public and charitable outcomes. You'll join a supportive team environment and play a significant role in maintaining and improving critical services that enable our colleagues to deliver meaningful outcomes for the communities we serve.If you're an experienced infrastructure professional with a strong networking background who enjoys taking ownership, driving improvements and ensuring excellent service delivery, we'd love to hear from you.Job RequirementsWe are looking for a technically strong, self-motivated professional who combines excellent networking expertise with a proactive, solutions-focused and collaborative approach.You will bring: Significant experience supporting and managing enterprise network infrastructure environments. Strong knowledge and experience with Cisco switching, including DNAC/ISE. Some knowledge of Active Directory/Azure AD, Azure Paas/IaaS and Windows Server. Experience of network monitoring, performance management and troubleshooting complex technical issues and delivering infrastructure projects. Knowledge of infrastructure security principles and cyber security best practices. Experience working within IT service management frameworks and ticketing systems. The ability to manage competing priorities and take ownership of issues through to successful resolution, translating business requirements to technical initiatives. Excellent communication skills.Job Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day operation, maintenance and enhancement of network infrastructure services. Monitor the health, performance and security of network environments, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact users. Take ownership of infrastructure-related incidents, problems and service requests, ensuring tickets are managed effectively and resolved within agreed service levels. Provide functional oversight of infrastructure support activities, helping to prioritise workloads and maintain high service standards. Manage and support networking technologies including switches, routers, wireless networks, firewalls and connectivity services. Contribute to infrastructure projects, upgrades and technology refresh programmes. Work closely with suppliers and third-party support partners to ensure effective service delivery.
