The Role
As RADA Business enters an exciting new phase of growth, we're building a new kind of commercial team. We are looking for an ambitious and driven Senior Business Development Executive to join our scaled business development team. You'll apply your experience of consultative selling, business development, commercial sales processes, and strategic account management while refining these skills alongside experienced commercial leaders, supporting globally recognised clients and helping shape the future of one of the world's leading leadership and performance organisations.
Most likely with 4-6 years behind you, your work will see you working across both the strategic and scaled sides of the business. You'll not only win work across a variety of sectors and industries but apply your experience of working with client procurement teams, tender processes and contract management to continue our business's growth.
