Job Summary
The Project Coordinator will support the strategic development and delivery of the new Boundary Condition programme (2026/27).
The emphasis of the role is on research, partnerships, administration, artist development, communications, and coordination.

Job Description
This role is offered for a total of 92 hours over the duration of the project.
There is potential for additional hours if further support is required following completion of the contracted work, subject to project needs and available budget.
- Provide administrative and coordination support across all stages of the project, from planning through to delivery, under the direction of the Artistic Director.
- Prepare, organise and maintain project documentation, resources and administrative systems.
- Maintain project timelines, monitor key milestones and support the timely completion of agreed activities.
- Coordinate internal workflows and facilitate effective communication between project collaborators and stakeholders.
- Support the day-to-day administration of the project, ensuring accurate record keeping and effective organisational systems.
- Research prospective partner organisations, artists, venues, academic institutions and other relevant stakeholders.
- Support partnership development through correspondence, meeting coordination, preparation of briefing materials and follow‑up communications.
- Maintain accurate records of organisational contacts, partnership activity and project communications.
- Assist in coordinating collaborative activities and maintaining positive working relationships with project partners.
- Coordinate communications with artists, mentors, contributors and project partners throughout the planning and delivery of the programme.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, record actions and maintain project records.
- Support the preparation and administration of contracts, agreements and other project documentation.
- Maintain shared databases, digital filing systems and project management tools.

- Job Requirements
- Experience coordinating complex creative, cultural, community or interdisciplinary projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working within the arts, music, cultural, higher education or non-profit sectors.
- Experience building and maintaining professional relationships with artists, organisations, venues, funders, community groups or other external partners.
- Strong project management and administrative skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, prioritise competing deadlines and maintain accurate records.
- Experience coordinating meetings, managing correspondence, preparing agendas and documenting actions.
- Experience maintaining project documentation, databases, spreadsheets and organisational systems.
