Job Requirements
You may be an artist, creative producer, arts manager or community practitioner. We care about artistic sensibility and the ability to turn creative possibilities into accountable action, rather than a conventional career pathway.
Job Responsibilities
We are seeking an imaginative, collaborative and organised Programme Developer who combines artistic thinking, programme delivery, financial management and democratic leadership. Working with Artistic and Community Developers, our other Programme Developer, Local Leaders, the Jury for Joy, artists and partners, you will help realise artistic projects, community-led ideas while strengthening the systems and relationships that allow local people to lead.
This role will evolve with the person appointed. We welcome their creative practice, strengths and ambitions. Future opportunities could include micro-leadership of elements of the IMAGINE strand, including work connected to Light Works, or other locally led projects. These are potential areas of development, not fixed requirements.
