We are currently seeking an assistant to provide administrative support to our agents and clients.
An understanding of, and passion for, the theatre and arts industry is desirable.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional organisational, time management and written and oral communication skills, as well as being able to work as part of a team.
Attention to detail, forward thinking and an ability to work under pressure are essential, as well as sense of team spirit!
- Job Responsibilities
- Liaising confidently with clients and producers by email and telephone
- Organising work schedules for the agents and the clients
- Arranging travel and accommodation across the UK and internationally
- Accurately inputting information into databases
- Managing the company social media account
- Organising VISA appointments and meetings
- Updating clients' biographies
- General office admin
