As a Senior Relationship Manager at Arts Council England, you will manage partnerships, investments, and development work across the South-West Area, and will lead a team of experienced Relationship Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- In-depth understanding of the South-West cultural and creative landscape.
- Skilled at leading and motivating teams.
- Capable of creating strong partnerships with local stakeholders at a senior level.
- Co-ordinate work for the South-West Area in the national policy area of Strategic Partnerships.
- Responsibility for areas including Diversity, New Technologies, Children Young People & Learning, Engagement & Audiences, Philanthropy, Innovation and Skills and Workforce.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable knowledge of the South-West’s creative sector.
- Experience of relationship management at all levels, including with local authorities.
- Good leadership skills, and clear experience of people and project management.
- Strong understanding of business planning and financial reporting.
