The predicted salary is between 50468 - 50468 £ per year.

Contract: Fixed term until 30 September 2027, working 35 hours per week. Arts Council also recognises the benefit of flexible working as a valued part of the way we work, and welcomes applications from individuals who require flexibility.

Salary: £50,468 per annum Grade B plus benefits including a final salary pension scheme, generous annual leave, and flexible and hybrid working.

As a Senior Relationship Manager at Arts Council England, you will manage partnerships, investments, and development work across the South-West Area, and will lead a team of experienced Relationship Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • In-depth understanding of the South-West cultural and creative landscape.
  • Skilled at leading and motivating teams.
  • Capable of creating strong partnerships with local stakeholders at a senior level.
  • Co-ordinate work for the South-West Area in the national policy area of Strategic Partnerships.
  • May have responsibility for areas including Diversity, New Technologies, Children Young People & Learning, Engagement & Audiences, Philanthropy, Innovation and Skills and Workforce.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable knowledge of the South-West’s creative sector.
  • Experience of relationship management at all levels, including with local authorities.
  • Good leadership skills, and clear experience of people and project management.
  • Strong understanding of business planning and financial reporting.
