We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Relationship and Development Manager to join our Music Hubs team. This is a key role in supporting the development and performance of Music Hubs across England, ensuring that they facilitate exceptional music education to children and young people.

Responsibilities

  • Build meaningful relationships with a portfolio of Music Hubs, providing ongoing support, monitoring their progress, and helping them overcome challenges.
  • Take an active role in observing Hub activities, attending events, and using data and performance assessments to guide Hubs toward achieving their goals.
  • Apply expertise in music education to contribute towards policies and training that enhance the quality of delivery across the network.
  • Facilitate collaboration and foster connections with Music Hubs, their partners, and key stakeholders, such as Local Authorities.
  • Collaborate with fellow Relationship and Development Managers and the Senior Relationship and Development Manager to ensure a unified and strategic approach to the programme's success.

Contract and Salary

Contract: Fixed term maternity cover until 27 August 2027, working 35 hours per week. Arts Council also recognises the benefit of flexible working as a valued part of the way we work, and welcomes applications from individuals who require flexibility. Salary: £38,689 per annum Grade C plus benefits including a final salary pension scheme, generous annual leave, and flexible and hybrid working.
