Go Live is seeking an organised, creative Marketing Manager to coordinate day-to-day marketing, boost fundraising and expand our reach. Working collaboratively you'll deliver digital campaigns, share impact stories, and engage communities to make theatre accessible to young people.
About Go Live Theatre
Go Live Theatre is a charity that uses the power of theatre to create inspiring experiences and unlock possibilities for children and young people. We believe everyone deserves to experience the joy and benefits of participating in and seeing theatre. Physical, emotional, social, and financial barriers prevent too many young people from accessing live performances. We bring families and young people together through shared experiences, building memories, confidence, and key skills, while advocating across the wider industry for improved access.
About the Role

- Campaign & Programme Support: Deliver targeted activity for initiatives like the Go Live Club (ages 18-30), core access programmes, and our monthly newsletter.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Protect brand identity, support fundraising appeals, and engage with our Youth Forum.
- Digital Management: Maintain our WordPress site, manage CRM/Mailchimp subscriber data, and track analytics to evaluate performance.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative marketer to blend hands-on delivery with strategic outreach, helping us ensure our message connects with key communities in meaningful ways.

- Organisation: Excellent time management to balance multiple cross-departmental requests and campaign deadlines in a small team setting.
- Inclusion & Accessibility: Commitment to equity, inclusion, and accessibility, ensuring welcoming opportunities for underrepresented and SEND communities.
Personal Attributes:
- Passionate about Go Live Theatre's mission and live performance.
- Collaborative, proactive team player with a positive, solutions-led mindset.

- Newsletter & Outreach: Draft and distribute the monthly newsletter; support PR drafting and relationship building with media and influencers.
- Cross-Departmental Working: Support Development Team fundraising campaigns, maintain brand consistency, and collaborate with the Youth Forum.
