Responsibilities: In this role, you will analyse, interpret and bring to life insights from Illuminate, alongside other relevant internal and external datasets. Your work will directly support the arts and cultural sector by turning complex data into clear, meaningful insights that help organisations understand their audiences and make better informed decisions. A core focus of the role is making insight accessible and actionable. You will translate detailed analysis into engaging outputs that resonate with a range of audiences - ensuring findings are clear, relevant and easy to use. Over the course of the 12 month project, you will produce and present high quality analysis, data products and reporting, designed around the needs of users, colleagues, stakeholders and the public. Working closely with the Illuminate Product Manager, you will help shape how insights are delivered within and outside of the platform, ensuring analytical outputs are aligned to user needs and support ongoing development. You will also analyse platform usage and user behaviour, identifying opportunities to improve how insights and features are used and understood. Collaborating with the Senior Manager (Data & Insights Engagement) and wider team, you will contribute to a shared goal: ensuring insight is actively used, widely shared, and continues to grow in quality, relevance and impact across the sector.
