The predicted salary is between 38689 - 38689 £ per year.
Contract: Fixed term until 31 August 2027, working 35 hours per week. Arts Council recognises flexible working and welcomes applications from individuals who require flexibility.
Salary: £38,689 per annum + benefits including a final salary pension scheme, generous annual leave and flexible hybrid working.
Location: Manchester, Leeds, Nottingham, Birmingham, Newcastle, Bristol, Brighton or Cambridge. Hybrid working with 1–2 days on site per week.
Responsibilities
- Oversee service redesign and improvements in the Government Indemnity Scheme.
- Work alongside the current Manager to manage day‑to‑day service operations, including supervision of a small team.
- Assess applications, coordinate reporting and balance stakeholder needs in a risk‑based approach.
- Collaborate with cultural venues across the UK to support ambitious exhibitions and access to high‑value objects.
- Shape and roll out digital and procedural improvements as part of the wider Arts Council Transformation momentum.
Qualifications
- Strong managerial experience in service delivery or a similar context.
- Ability to design and deliver user‑centred services with a risk‑based approach to stakeholder balance.
- Excellent communication and change‑management skills.
