Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a seven-person marketing team to uphold quality and vision
- Drive digital growth, subscriber retention, and revenue with pricing strategy
- Oversee social media, website content/design, and web analytics
- Utilize data to optimize campaigns, messaging, and performance
- Identify new growth opportunities through data-driven insights
- Collaborate to position IAI and HowTheLightGetsIn as global thought leaders
Key requirements
- Exceptional writing skills
- Experience in traditional marketing (press and print)
- Experience launching and driving traffic to a website and optimizing existing sites
- Proven track record of driving growth: revenue, traffic, conversions, subscribers, or engagement
- Strong academic background with minimum 2:1 degree from a top university
