Yorkshire Young Musicians (YYM) is seeking a Head to lead the organisation into an exciting phase of development and expansion across the Yorkshire and Humber region. YYM is a Centre for Advanced Training in music, offering exceptional education for young musicians aged 8-18 through venues in Leeds and Hull and a hub partner programme.
The Head will balance strategic development with hands-on operational management and act as the principal representative to trustees, staff, families and regional stakeholders.
