Working with the Chief Executive, Board and colleagues across Northamptonshire Arts Management Trust (NAMT), you will combine artistic judgement, strategic leadership, commercial understanding, community engagement and fundraising. You will lead the Corby-based team, nurturing talent and creating a supportive, ambitious culture in which people feel valued and empowered.

Location: Corby, Northamptonshire.
Evening and weekend work is required. The appointment is subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
