Job Description

This frontline customer role is part of the Venue team responsible for providing a warm welcome to artists, creatives, all visitors, and staff. You will be a hub for our busy building, providing a first port-of-call for information whilst acting as the day-to-day operational lead for the building and supporting and motivating the team.

Salary £22,034 per annum

Part time - average 30 hours per week, on an annualised basis*

20 days annual leave plus bank holidays

The post will be based at our lovely venue in Bournemouth.

*annualised hours: the employee receives a regular monthly salary but hours vary across the year, increasing during busy Autumn & Spring periods and decreasing during the quieter Summer & Christmas periods.
