Position located in Birmingham or Manchester with hybrid working available. Provides top‑level assistance to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer in the Places, Engagement and Libraries division at Arts Council England.
Responsibilities
- Calendar management for executives
- Aid in preparing for meetings
- Respond to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
- Draft slides, meeting notes and documents
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, multi‑tasking, strong follow‑up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
