Britten Pears Arts (BPA) is recruiting tutors for its Advanced Young Musicians (AYM) programme, an innovative initiative designed to develop musicianship through creativity, collaboration and performance.

The role involves coaching advanced young musicians, leading ensemble work, teaching a range of styles, and supporting inclusive, student‑centred learning.

It is a fixed term, part‑time freelance post with Saturday sessions and prep time, to 25 teaching weeks per year.
