Literature Wales is seeking a full-time Tŷ Newydd House Chef to host guests and provide family-style catering for writers, artists, tutors and visitors. You will create a welcoming, comfortable, and enjoyable atmosphere for all who stay at the centre.
You will oversee catering for dietary requirements, plan meals, maintain hygiene, manage budgets, and source produce locally where possible to support a creative environment. The role includes flexible hours and weekend work.
