Arts Council of Wales is seeking a proactive People Officer to support the delivery of a high-quality HR service across our offices in Cardiff, Colwyn Bay and Carmarthen.
In this hybrid role, you will help manage recruitment, learning and development, employee relations, governance and HR systems administration.
You will be the first point of contact for People queries, maintain records, assist with policy development, and contribute to organisational projects.
